Covid-19 Reports by country/area/town/city

Goatman - China won't be doing shit with eating bats and rats and dogs, what they've done is calle a publicity move. Condemn what the rest of the world thinks happened, some poor china man eat some bats and rats in a wet market in Wuhan.

Goatman - As for a covid-19 infection in an "isolated" Amazon tribe. Come on man, the Amazon River and its tributaries is the jungles highway, people are flying up and down that river all day every day, bringing in supplies, food, drugs, fuel, taking out logs, livestock, rare animals/plants/seeds to sell.

I'd guess the only true isolated tribe is that island where the tribal members kill anyone who steps foot, even then some jesus wanna-be steps foot on the island to convert non beliebers. No typo. And ends up dead. That freak was lucky that the fishermen could retrieve the body. Happens all the time.

China is only letting up on lockdown as long as the rates are low.

Soon as a place spikes they very quickly and forcefully exercise **both** track + trace + strict quarantines (nothing like our anarchy believe me 8-( ) **and** tight geographic lockdowns.

Same as Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea. Apparently Singapore's a bit different.

Over the next 3-4 years, the same percentage of the population will likely get infected, but a strong public health system (nothing like our anarchy believe me 8-( ) will result in much lower fatality rates.

Of course if we (humanity) get an effective vaccine, for some countries that will effectively end the crisis, probably within a year after that.

I remember JT saying $2k/m for 4 months. That will help out a lot, especially if its sent automatically after filling out the paperwork with no checks or balances until a year later when everything's settled and the dust has cleared. Thats when they will be checking.

Why would it travel all over China? The people there don't travel around to give it to others.

American roads and highways.

So ignorant,

does not take much

Go look at the visualizations, exponential growth vs isolation

They were trading very extensively across vast distances when so-call "white people" had barely developed agriculture

2000/month will bankrupt everyone, I know guys leasing trucks and the lease and insurance is over 2grand/month tack on another 1 or 2 grand for child support plus rent and food. people are going to start getting mad

its coming through EI so you probably have to pay tax on that 2 grand. theres a lot of money moving around but its taking weird paths.

1/3 of quebecs deaths have come out of 6 care homes, care workers walked off the job, seniors weren't fed or had their diapers changed for 3 days. whole floor has covid, very disturbing you may not want to read. another 40 care homes are being investigated.

What does that have to do with daily traffic to all parts of China? Oh wait, NOTHING! Has plenty to do with the great taste of foot you're enjoying.

No tax.

Yeah I know, peoples mortgages and peoples car payment and peoples utility payments. Living pay check to pay check, way above their means. What do all the financial health experts say? Save for a rainy day, 3 months worth! So lets get a leased Chevrolet Cruz for 8 years and a $10k buyout instead of a used Ford Focus for $2k. Lets buy that $450k house with a mortgage payment of $2200/m + utilities + repairs + car payments + grocery bill + cell phone bills at lemme guess $60+/m each cell phone.

There will be a ton of Repo vehicles hitting the auction block in the next month or two. Keep your eyes peeled, I sure am!
Lots of people downsizing from houses to apartments. Probably can low ball any home you want to purchase.

Maye this will teach people to live within their means.
Its a mean way of putting it, but people have to learn and they learn through pain and suffering.

Houses won't be foreclosed quickly. Current tricks are to leave it in the hands of the mortgage holder as long as possible so he is liable for property taxes, any fines, whatever comes up. They foreclose as they see the opportunity to sell. I'm sure that helps keep the prices up. They do want the sale price to cover everything.

Canadas ready to buy 150 billion in mortgages from the banks so the banks keep lending so the housing market doesn't crash. don't expect deals anytime soon. as long as the USA keeps printing, Canada will keep borrowing

Yeah, I think it will be for 4 months. Then the people that have no problems paying up, will be ok. While there will be many who fall to the way-side and will be foreclosed on.

Mortages
Bank Loans
Vehicle Loans
Credit Cards

Time to invest in pay-day loan companies?

Fannie Mae ($3.5 trillion) and Freddie Mac ($2 trillion) already do that. The issue is payments. As mortgages reset and the payments were going up 2005, 2006, 2007, there were problems with people paying AT ALL, not just paying enough. People would stop paying anything. So the cash flow stops. $16 trillion even at low interest requires something around, let's say $170 billion in payments each month. (Theseloansareprobablyatanaverageof70% of the original loanandpaying0.5% of the original principal a month. . . .)

These mortgage companies owe money, too. The money they lend is borrowed from depositors, etc.

And that's only the beginning, there's also the credit cards, the car loans. Oh man, the potential to top 2008 is great. No, just a few months is unlikely to balance things out. People are likely to burn out at that point and stop trying.

Let's lump this in with loan talk.

Rents in Vancouver weren't batshit crazy when I was living there last (2010) but hoo-ee the house prices were insane.

Potential? LOL way past that already.

Greater effect and longer recovery than the big one in the 30's, long past due fragile as our house of cards is.

To be called the Greater Depression. . .

The people that own the expensive houses don't live there. The parents of children bought the house for the their children to get visa's and go to school, or excuse to tell the border agent, come in, then skip out on the length requirements. The bitch from Huawei company has 3 or 4 houses in Vancouver.

My state is still nearly doubling case #s from a week ago, which is slowing a bit.

The increase in deaths is nearly triple though, so likely just means the testing is just barely catching up with reality.

The ratio went from 4% to 6%

In Italy, by violating freedom (under house arrest, 200 metres from home), by decreing against constitutional rights, I imagine that they will soon pay the consequences.

(UN: support for human rights must be the compass with which to orient oneself in this crisis).

I read on the web that 25 and 30 etc. some people are preparing for the disorder.

Then I think that when the shops etc. reopen, they will ask for compensation.

A lot of civil protests are feared.

A Swedish Doctor ( Doctor of infectious disease's ) has also been saying this, They have a different policy regarding Lockdown/Stay at Home Laws , the type of Draconian laws many of the U.S. States have .
( However they have less population than we do and less dense areas , the death's they do have there are most all in Nursing Homes where they have large groups of the elderly living in one building , with mostly foreign workers in those Nursing Homes )
He goes on to say that the reason that Denmark and Norway have less death's than Sweden is because they have less elderly people living in a Nursing Home in those Countries .
