Creeking spokes

Hi all, just strapped my battery pack on the bike to see how it would feel- got 4 12 ah slas about 30 odd lbs. on the rear bike rack. I noticed as I pedaled the spokes were doing a little creeking. Should I tighten them a bit? or leave alone? (It is a new bike) only put about 150 miles on it so far. Thanks.

Tighten the spokes for sure. If you're not sure on the tension, drop by your local bike shop and have them give it a quick check. Loose spokes = broken spokes eventually.
