which caps i must change to upgrade crystalyte controller (48v/40a 4110fets) to 84v?

The big ones, unless they are already 100V. Then you don't need to do anything, except change the LVC if you're using regen and want it to still work properly. Most 48V controllers use 63V caps.

Yes this can be done.
just make sure you have the 100v caps model and note de 63v version.

Open it up and take a look. 63 volt or 100 volt caps inside ?

Most 48V controllers don't have 100V fets either, so you need to check those too.
