Joe Rogan has done EIGHT podcasts with Dr. Rhonda Patrick. She recently had a baby, and her being a scientist one would think she'd go crazy, diet, plastics, toxins. She mentions BPA leeching out of plastics. I was having a drink at a fast food restaurant today, and that came to mind. I also use the plastic water bottles. Only for cold drinks, never anything hot or warm.

I think the best alternative for me is to buy a recognizable brand name aluminum/stainless steel water bottle. But one that has no color. This one fella uses one, and the color is all removed from where his lips would go.

Shit, I do that all the time. Onto the plate to microwave. To be safe, avoid #7 plastic. Choose plastics labeled #1, #2, or #5 in the recycling triangle, but do not heat beverages or food in plastic containers of any kind.
