I had a secretary who got melanoma. She died when still in her 30's. She had light colored skin, loved the outdoors. Very sad.
markz said:Try having a cooler bedroom, and laying off the screen time after supper. Might help out even more. Light therapy when you wake up will help, stimulation that early is good, its like working out early in the day.
