Anyone know where I can find custom sized battery boxes in aluminum or (preferably) carbon fiber?

need one with a lid in top 32" x 11" x 6"

A cheap and easy DIY solution might be to just use fiberglass to wrap them and use an anti sticking solution (the real term evades me right now :? ) to coat them so it won't stick to your batteries. You could also use carbon fiber in the same way. eBay has different color carbon fiber fabric to make it match your bike or whatever. You could even wrap a block of foam and just melt it out with acetone after you are done. Search for aluminum project box on eBay might come up with the right size too.
