daisy chain from phone cell charger.

Quick. Can I daisy chain off of phone cell charger to individual cells to reach 3.6 or does each 3.6 cell need connection to cell charger? I'm guessing the latter.

yes I am going to monitor each cell to 3.6. All 20are 2.0- 2.3. never used. Thanks
