I'm currently using 2 DPST switches to turn on/off 4 separate low current (mA) lines simultaneously. While it's better than using 4 SPSTs, it's still inconvenient and still taking more space than necessary. I have been looking but could not find a quad pole, single throw (QPST?) switch. Is "QPST" the proper name to search for? Anyone know where I can buy a few? Thanks.

Not having any trouble finding 4 pole switch's bud. Or multiple pole switch's, although there generally stacked wafers with a rotary action.

Edit: You might want to think about a little relay to make your switch choice a lot easier.

I get my toggle switches from these guys-

K401 is their 4PST toggle switch, half way down the page. Rated for 30A @ 12VDC, a little over-kill for your application

Thank you. A quick question: The 30A rating is for each individual line or for the combined 4 lines? 30A total or 120A (4 x 30) total?

You are welcome. Not sure, but from the description, "Switch is rated at 20 Amp 125 VAC and 30 amp at 12 VDC" sounds to me like combined/total current rating(?)

These aren't mini toggles. The rating is per pole, so if you combine all 4 you get 4 times the rating. Still, they aren't designed for high DC voltage. I wouldn't use one for a power switch without a precharge resistor or they will probably burn out fairly quick.
