OK ... I admit I was curious. If one assumes (always a bad idea) those 20x4 tires are about 23 inches tall:

Most of the ebikes I see lately have similar tires and layout but without rear or even any suspension.

That should be a very competent bike. A throttle would be a huge plus.

Per their Alibaba listing it is both throttle and/or PAS.
Near as I can tell the LCD control unit is a SW900 which means the Throttle actually feeds the PAS system.

Also driving mode is: rear motor, front motor or both motors.
I put 90% of the seated rider's weight over the rear wheel so I do not know how much traction one would get from the front wheel.

I'd sure like to ride one of those bikes.

Saw two ebikes on the street today, both appeared to be 20" or 24" fat tire bikes that had throttles along with pedaling. Both riders had big smiles as they started uphill.
