Making 4kw of actual power is pretty awesome. What a nice sleeper motor. Is this basically the saturation point? ( IE you had >= 8kW in? )

Yeah 4.7kw to the ground with 6.8 from battery. Previous version was 4 kW to the ground with ~5,8 from battery. Low end torque improvement was also huge. So is acceleration difference.
Old 0-30mph was 3.9s
New 0-30mph is 2.6s

Hi tuo you are amazing. keep up the good work.

"Water cooled"?.... So whatya do, fill the rotating housing with H2o? And as I alluded to previously, not all G062's are alike.... suspecting at some are cheap, stolen copies. I also don't see temperature monitoring during dyno runs.

Yes. Cooling with circulating water glycol mixture in copper tubing in contact with windings. Pump and radiator outside Also casing is vented. This motor has some major mods done to it. Didn't imclude winding temp data in this clip but temp rise was from 27°C to 52°C.

That's insane, do you have a thread detailing the modifications?

You post a video showing NO real-time dyno display data - intentionally?
Instead... you post unidentified static results - intentionally?
You claim internal/external liquid cooling... on a rotating gearhub, no less - absent of supporting images. You then produce NO 'real time' stator temperature data for all your "major mods" claimed.

Which begs the question.... Why'd you even post in the first place?

Lol cause we know him from other places than the 'spheree. Tuo is 100% legit.

Bahahah he has all those too.

Was not able to record data on display unfortunately. Motor temp data and basic print out attached.1717991894838.png
