Power on, for the first time...
Still not got the phase and hall combinations right...just try for 10 minutes.
Very happy with my pre-charge, connect the negative line, push the button for a few seconds and then connect the positive line. Not even a trace off a spark.
My on-off switch, work perfect too.
Next weekend try to make the connections right. Just going to read about that, here on the sphere.

Continue to put my "charging-station" together. I believe, the best way, is to buy a box, like a tool-box, and put everything inside...power-supply, charger, cables...
I have a difference in voltages between my "cell-log" and charger. I believe the charger is more accurate. Right ?
Very happy with the charger, extremely fast and some nice graphics and data to look at.

Doing some test-drives, to see if everything is ok.
This thing is amazing...lots of power.
But...always a but...my controller signed off. After some tests, i have a short on the yellow phase. I was pulling betwen 1500 and 2000 watts, wen this thing faill. Is this that fragile ?
Well, im going to try to repair the controller. If I cant, is going to lyen. ..2 months out.

OK, I buy a new 18x4115 controller.
In the meantime, I try to fix this one. I bought a iron with an integrated pump. Not very powerful, but did the job.
I bought some 4115 feets, from a German company...but made in China.
I been able to remove the mosfets, and install the new ones.
Still don't power the controller, but at least wen I connect the phases, the motor spins with no drag.
If didn't work, I will send it to lyen.

Luis.

Hi guys,

Incredible...   My repaired controller work. (I'm not an electronic guy). Now I have a new, spare controller.
There is some adjustments to do in my bike. I need a good torque-arm for the gears side. After that, I will try the regen. I already have a button for that.
If I start this build today...go with full suspension.
This motor have lots of power and no increase in temperature...for now.

Luis.
