E-bike controller tuning

I just recently bought my motorino xmr used a couple days and ran into a couple of problems, first the bike wouldn’t accelerate past 18kmh, I can find a limiter wire and the gears won’t show on the display. I tore the whole thing apart looking for a potential issue but so far no luck, I think one of the pins on the connecter may be damaged or the gear shifter doesn’t even work. I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue or any potential fixes, any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hey guys, I’m having some trouble with my new project, motorino xmr. For some reason it’s restricted to 15kmh. Iv tried literally everything but everything seems fine leading me to belive the controller needs to be tuned. Is there any way for me to connect it to my phone or laptop? There seems to be a transmitter hooked up to the controller. Any advice would help me a lot as Iv tried everything a could. Thanks
