Hi. I have a Scootipuff that goes 25kmh on throttle, originaly it goes 6 (Norwegian rules :( ) But, i have seen some of those bike's going in 40-50kmh. And i can't find the speed limiter that is removed so it goes 25

Do you guys know where the 6kmh limiter is? and how i can get it to drive in 40-50kmh without upgrading any parts?

6km/h? (3.72mph?) I'm pretty sure I can walk faster than that, and I use a cane and have bad knees, ankles, and back. :/

I doubt I could even balance a typical scooter at that speed; I'd probably just wobble and fall over or crash into things.

Regarding the limiter, sometimes there are wire pairs, just plugged into each ohter, that do this. Which ones they are and even if yours has one I couldn't say.

Sometimes there's only programming, which usually can't be changed by the user, at least not without software specific to that controller, available only from the manufacturer. (some have settings that can be changed from an LCD, but not usually in systems locked down for legal reasons).

You might have to change out the controller to get higher speed.

Dependign on the system's (motor, controller, battery) capabilities, you may also have to increase the battery voltage (add another in series, or replace the original) to get the speed you want.

Yeah, 6km/h. It is called Walk assist. I checked out all the controller cables and noone disabled the speed. It was a white single cable that did nothing, and 2 blue cables connected together that also did nothing. The rest was Speedometer cable and the cables to start it.

The double blue cable i talked about is that to the far right and the single white cable is the one left to it.

But there is no programming on it (i think?). Do you know if E bike scooters usually has LCD programming?
