- 180 € 28" fully bicycle
- The frame is for 28" Wheels , but i put 26" wheels on it. so I have enough space for the engine.
- I changed the suspension for a Suntour v3 , front hydraulic disc brake.
- added 1200 Lm cree

k7 - 48t-14t - Top speed now 62 km/h / max- distance 40 KM / Lifepo4 48V 10 AH
All gears is working now ! i need just another K7 (11t) for more speed.

Neat build..i could not even spot the motor at first..nice..what is the front light?

Thanks , this is a 1200 lm cree from ebay ... cost around 40 €. A great light for the price.

try the 3 speed chain type. Just upgrade the motor holder + 3 piece crank . you will see less chain drop off..
chain drop off is the most common problem in cyclone, to avoid a chain drop off ,, go for 3 piece kit crank.

3 Chainwheel type looks not good for me , i need a discret and neat build.

best regards

you can do better input for your video. I got to turn my head at 9 o'clock to watch .. :( . I was like your exactly, have been testing all speed from smallest gearing to the highest gearing. Finally i settle down One gearing, 24t, that kind torque on the pick up is as fast like a motorbike. for gearing you got to take care the chain and well oil, so this will give you all the way good performance. I don't do like other like oil seal , I will spray heavy duty grease a lot into the gear box, so this will last you a very long time. My have been past 5500km mark gearing is as good as new! it could be I set my gearing as 24t which helps to reduce stress. My gear box , 3 tiny gears are doing very well, has very little seen as worn off. My controller is a huatong peak at 2200 watt, I think it will last me a very long time. I have never thought of break down or what like that. This is important..having a build as a external controller to build a 24v controller. I do have a spare 24v 500watt motor is in my store room.

Do you have only one gear (24T) ?
