Where are all the giant mountain kangaroos?
 Yeah, they prefer open grass plains than rugged steep mountains...can you imagine hopping up that crap!

Actually I was surprised the only animal I saw on the whole ride was a wallaby...a smaller version of a Kangaroo. Usually I see plenty more Kangaroo's.

I also forgot to mention, part of the reason I found it so hard going up many of the steep hills was because I've still got a DMR Moto RT on the rear. It's a great tire for mixed road/dirt use, but sucks pretty bad on loose gravel like that.
I think the Duro Razor back/Wildlife leopard would have done much better.

Cheers

Looking for some advise as i have noticed that my bike a mint ex demo looks to be out of line by a fair amount, if you look from the rear at about wheel spindle height the front and rear wheels are way out of line almost to the amount that if you were to push the bike over sand or snow you would have two tyre tracks next to each other and not in line, could the frame or swing arm be twisted ??? i have realigned the rear wheel but makes no difference, i purchased from uk dealer but he's away until jan anyone any ideas???
Thanks

I ran across this man eater the other day when I was out riding on the city trails. Don't you also have these in Australia too?

Lol... I just ran across one a couple times a few months ago in my neighborhood. I stopped next to him and he just ignored me. I guess he likes silent Adaptto controllers. :) In sadder news, I saw one bleasted on the road outside the neighborhood a week later and didn't see my friend again. Bound to happen when they venture into populated areas...

If you got more pics, you should post them.
I wasn't going to bother, since it's just handlebar footage, but threw together this quick edit this afternoon of the highlights. :)
It's more about the scenery, and ability the bike gives to explore, than about the Fighter itself.

Hope you like it. :)

Nice little 1st person video. Agree with the Fighter, and all ebikes I suppose, it about the ability of the machines to take us places in complete silence. Great scenery

How long do you guys need (in seconds) from 0-100 km/h / 0-60 mp/h ??
And with what weight, and how many kWatts?

Only a few Modded Stealth Ebikes on here will go 60MPH or faster. That said, Alex's Bomber, now in the hands of Grande Allesagio (Big Bore) would do 0-50mph in about 5-6 seconds and over 60MPH even though accleration starts dropping off after 50MPH. Hey Allex, did you have an 0-60MPH times noted?

Hi folks,
I have just recieved my Bomber No.289 back from Stealth after I stretched and broke the vboxx mounts. Has anyone else done this?

Stealth were great as usual and had it back to me in about a month. Pretty good I think given the extent of the damage.

They did inquire how I did it, presumably for R&D purposes. Surface rust along part of the rear tab suggest that it was cracked before it finally snapped off. Coming up short on a double jump was what finally stretched and snapped it.

I note the vboxx mount tabs are now made from thicker plate, similar I presume to the newer seat subframes.

Cheers,
Clinton

I have seen MX bikes fail coming up short or casing a doubles/triples, not surprising you had a failure doing that. Looking at your "before pic", doesn't look like it leg go completely. You must have hit hard. I had some very hard hits from drops, never done that. Way to go dude.

Who payed for this?

Covered by the frame lifetime warranty. They also reinforced it a bit. I'll post a shot of the reinforcement tomorrow.

The first photo is not before. I just took a few photos before I stripped it down to send off for repair, and no it didn't completely let go. The value of chromoly steel!
Cheers
