Ebay 3in1 li-Po Li-Fe Battery Balancer with 150W?

Does anyone have some experience with this special kind of 3in1 Balancer??

Could this thing be a good choice for a higher amp rating Balancing?

when I want to balance fast, I just put the single low cell on 1s charging trough the jst plug. One cell finishing charging at 1 amp is much quicker than 4 cells discharging at a tiny rate.
