Ebike issues - strange and unseen

Hey guys
Been away for a while, work is really demanding these days.
Anyway - before closing the motor should I do something else (apart from better isulation/fixation of the Hall sensors)?
Maybe I sound like a baby, but after a certain level I am quite noob in regard with these kits.

I'd check the cables from the motor for any marks or damaged (inside and outside of cover) and also the connectors but can't think of anything else right now.

Well...After really careful packing and isolating...
It's WORSE than before.

I will go to the Hall-less section. It's really embarassing and time consuming - I'm a bloody telcom engineer, I'm not an artist or poet. I repaired Renaults and Alfas and a f00k!n chinese controller toyes with me like my time is perennial!!!
