Ebike won’t turn on

So as I’m riding I don’t think the battery was secure I hit a bump and it partially came out turning everything off now it won’t come back on all my connects are snugged I plugged the battery in the wall..nothing battery turns on and displays full bars. Need help please.

Don't just plug the connectors in-- inspect them for problems. Inspect the wires for problems. Definitely inspect the battery cradle and case connector for problems.

The last time I fixed an e-bike with similar issues, the dingdong who owned the bike had broken the battery receiver somewhat and was holding the battery in with straps. Unsurprisingly, he got arc and heat damage to the plug in the receiver and to its counterpart in the battery case. I cured it by bypassing that connector and substituting Anderson Powerpoles.
