Eggrider (22mm) on 31.8 bar

My Eggrider only fits a 22mm handlebar and the bike comes as 31.8. Anyone found a smart solution for a bar adaptor or other solution?

Standard handlebars are 31.8mm at the center, where they clamp into the stem. The EggRider is made to mount anywhere on the thin part of the bar, like out by the hand grips so you can reach it with you thumb without letting go of the grip. If you have to mount it on conical wide part next to the stem you'll probably have to fab that yourself.

Alternately there are bar "extenders" you can clamp to the bars to give you more bar space to mount things on or to grip:
