What's up!
I have an essentially brand-new Surly Ogre with a Bafang BBSHD conversion ready to go! Custom conversion with all the bells and whistles, running Sully's BBSHD programming for incredible feel while pedaling with the motor. Includes a 52V 17.5Ah battery which can easily achieve 70+ miles with this programming and drivetrain. This Ogre is running a thick single-speed chain for durability and couples a Lekkie 42T chainring (perfect spacing) with a Shimano 3-Speed Nexus internally geared hub — known for its reliability. Add in Surly’s Tuggnut and we’ve got a torque monster ready to rip. All of this on Surly’s Tektro disc brake setup for when we need to stop those 29”x2.5 Extraterrestrial tires. This build was targeted for handling the BBSHD's huge potential torque. Steel frame, thick chain, beefy IGH, etc. It's awesome.
Note the custom frame bag (Rogue Panda) designed specifically for this frame and e-bike kit to fully hide the battery and disguise this ebike from looking like anything other than a kitted out bike-packing rig. The bag includes an upper zipper / layer with TONS of space for gear and supplies. The battery fully slots in and hides away in the lower compartment while safely operating and being shielded from sunlight / heat.
Continuing the bike-packing trend, the bike is kitted out with three excellent Lone Peak bags (front, cockpit, feed bag) and a neat Topeak bag as a trunk including fold-out panniers for when you just need a little extra space. All are brand new and ready to carry the goods! The front is sitting on a Surly 8-pack rack while the rear is on a Topeak wide-clearance rack.
Other notes include:

Looking for $3,999 for this rig, all included. Local pickup in Columbus OH only, but potentially open to driving some hours if you'd like to meet somewhere in the middle; let me know.
