below are a few designs that i thought might lend themselves well to electrification. as a practical matter they'd be poor choices since they're handmade and really expensive.

I've been wanting the Filibus for awhile now but won't have indoor parking space. Ever. No such thing around here. It's why people here buy generic bikes and toss 'em after a few years of weather exposure. No love. No style. Just bicycles for slaves. :|

The last bike (bare metal with wood fenders) is from http://www.blacksheepbikes.com/ . My favorite frame material as well, Titanium. (more like unobtainium when you see the $$$). The coolest part of the bike is the fork. Black Sheep call it the "Faith" fork. A real work of art.
Does anyone recognise the brand or size of the tires on the orange bike ?

Those are surly tires, they are probably designed for the pugsley frame

Endomorph tires mounted on large marge rims, good for riding on skidoo trails.

The Rohloff Hub by itself makes it pretty expensive.

Check out the rear rack on that silver bike at the end. The rack is the frame is the rack! I bet that thing can handle 200 lbs.

Its sorta like an xtracyle, so I am sure it can handle 200lbs, the xtracycle seems much more useful to me. Pretty bike though.

for those of you who like the integrated Xtracycle asthetic but can't pony up $6700 (yikes) for a Black Sheep bikes cargo bike Kona does have their Ute:

i like the aesthetics of the Ute much better than the Xtracycle, i admit. i considered it when choosing the platform for my own commuter bike, and only decided against it because i wanted something with a normal wheelbase so that it would fit in the bike racks on seattle's buses.

The last Ti frame I rode was a Merlin Cyrene ... AMAZING. It has such a cool balance of hardness and bounce!
