Electric scooter dashboard wiring diagram

Hi, I have an electric scooter with 250w brushed motor and a 24v battery. I need to know how to connect the pcb dashboard because there is no wires on it. The pcb uses led to show power, battery and speed levels. And it is based on lm339. I'll be thankful for reply.

For those who are interested, as I didn't get any response, I think the wiring will be like the following:
Blue wire to gnd as it is connected to pin12 of lm339. Red wire to +24v as it is connected to pin3 (vcc). Green wire to the positive of the motor (0-24v) to show the speed level. I'll give it a shot hoping it will work or simply I will learn something new.
