Hard to tell without proper measurements but it seems like 20Ah 52V EM3EV triangle battery with high energy cells paired with BBSHD gives less range when uses sparingly only on hills (500m long, 9-17% @10-10 Amps) compared to previous setup with TSDZ2 and no name 36V 10Ah Chinese battery). TSDZ2 with 300Wh battery used 50% in two hours on average but BBSHD with 1000Wh EM3EV uses 25% in half an hour on average.
All the cells are balanced.
EM3EV responds with the same answer every time: "For correct battery health estimation battery should be discharged to 0% and then charged to 100% again".
