Hello to all from Portugal
i'm being trying to install the EV Drive MAnager on my pc to be able to reconfigure a APT controler but with out sucess . i don´t know if the exe file i have are not compatible with later windows versions or what is going on. can some one point me to the right direction since i don´t find any info were the latest download files are avaiable

I'm away from my computer right now, but see if you can find version 10, I think it was. Also try switching your com port if you can't connect to your controller. Finally, have a look through the APT controller thread, I know there's a couple versions of the software posted there. Good luck!
