EV throttle and LCD display

Hi these are my issues I had on my bike a twist throttle with built-in LCD display. And I want to put on a twist throttle with out built-in LCD . And add a new LCD Now the LCD display is a S861 and the throttle no switch and no LCD.
Here are my pics of plugs etc ..1st photo is my controller plug and the throttle with LCD plug. The 2nd pic is of both plugs off my LCD s861 LCD I want to install
3 rd pic of throttle I want to remove.
Any input would help .I have both wiring diagrams for the controller and the throttles.. but I am not convinced the colours corresponding the the diagrams.. thanks in advance
