Falco e-Motors

While the Falco has some interesting features the biggest obstacle to customer satisfaction is in the native homeland where it comes from, integrity is not an integral component of the culture. Thats too bad because its a requirement to maximize success in America.
That's a completely gratuitous generalisation.

Ha...now he threatening to sue me. I just received an email from him saying that he would sue me for slander., it is not slander if it is true. This forum is full of people venting about problems, and I bet if you searched the entire forum you would not find one other instant where a manufacturer threatened to sue a disgruntled customer!

WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT HIM. Instead of just offering me a refund, which would go a long ways to shine a better light on his company, he threatens to sue me.

Hello Daryl,

We understand your pain. However, the pain is caused by you and you alone. Let us stick to the facts. Shall we?

1. You bought the motor in May 2014.
2. March 2015, you ordered a battery and then you cancelled.
3. You claim we charged your card which you had authorized to do so over the phone.
4. You asked us to refund and we refunded.
5. Then you ordered a battery from one of the dealers.
6. Approximately 65 emails have been exchanged with you just in 2015 till now.

Let us first talk about your set up.

1. You have installed a wheel in the front of the bicycle;
2. You have installed a crank sensor;
3. You have a throttle;
4. You cut and tried to extend the battery yourself.
5. You have had a voltmeter but we have no confirmation whether the voltmeter works or what the voltages are.
6. We have asked for pictures and videos and we have not received any.

In the next posting we are going to share some pictures to help you with the issue.

Rackesh....you know that I have that diagram...you know that because we had a phone conversation about it. I have whipped this to death and I am done trying to communicate with you. I will just take the loss and try to find someone that will be able to help me. This is getting nowhere as it just gets me more and more frustrated, and the entire thing is making me sick.. I do not want to talk to you anymore and I will pursue other avenues for help. Everything with you has been frustrating, and although you act like you want to help, you actually go only so far and then nothing... it is the same old thing. I will sell this hub really cheap to anyone that wants to mess with it. In the mean time I have contacted a company that rebuilds electric motors and he has offered to check it out for me. Unfortunately...it means I spend more money. This has become a hole in the ground that I just keep tossing money. I will no longer post anything about you nor try and contact you. I AM DONE...

Hello Daryl,

As we have requested before, send us the pictures and videos of what you are observing so that we can help you.

So far we have nothing.

Just as the pictures shown here, you can submit similar pictures.

If you do not wish to ship the parts, please send the pictures.

Without either one, help is impossible as we have already tried phone and emails.

Hope this helps!

Good Luck!

Grin tech has been sent one of the Falco Hxm 2.0 motors last year. We can send 3.0 and 4.0 as well. Do you happen to have data on Bionx and Bosch?
Its not listed in the http://www.ebikes.ca/tools/simulator.html. You need to follow-up on that. The evaluation dataset needs to be entered and the motor listed, so it can be compared to other motors in the listing. Thanks.
