Fardriver 72360 cuts off during highspeed

When accelerating to my high speed around 55 mph if I am twisting the throttle fully it gets to a point where the controller cuts off and displays this picture on the display until I reach 0 mph and then accelerates fine.

This problem only happens when I fully twist the throttle to accelerate and only cuts off around 55.

If I quarter twist the throttle to accelerate to my top speed slower I do not have this issue

Has anybody had this problem I don't believe my BMS is the issue because I still have power only resets when I hit 0 Mph on display.

Does the controller show any error message in the app.
What does the BMS show?

Probably the BMS cuts off, then the controller stops working until the motor has 0 rpm ant the bms has reseted.

Seems to display a motor hull error but everything works fine when it hits 0mph so it's confusing

The controller resets some of the errors when the motor stops.
Undervoltage, overcurrent , MOE get resetted when the motor stops.

Has the motor got a second set of halls you could try?

So i had an issue where one of my phase wires came into contact with the inside on the hub plate and caused a hall error.

Upon opening up the hub i noticed the black wire coming from the 2nd hall sensor was disconnected.

I reconnected it but I believe it is in the wrong spot.

Do both hall sensors need to be linked together by the black wire or can I disconnect and use thr 2nd hall on the other side.

Hall 2 system ok but motor jerks and dont spin.
