ok thanks Richard, but indeed a little too late ....
Anyway, I received the risers in the post last week but dissapointing that they are as hard as my current risers
....
So checked in the garage and there I discovered some 10mm rubber blocks
which are a little flexible, so definately softer than the new ones.
Checked them out and it would be a tight fit but hey let's try. Drilled some holes with the original riser as template and mounted them. Looks very ugly though, but if it works I might get some more of this ...
Furthermore I changed the bushings from black(99A) back to the orange (Caliber originals) and tested them which also gave a softer ride, but on higher speeds more instable, especially on small gradual bumps.
So, now I changed back to a mix of blue (94A) on the bottom and the original orange on top. Hopefully I can test it this week (wish the rain would stop...). Maybe I'm getting a pro-boarde once :wink:
