First ride, almost runs. Please help

Yesterday, took the trike out for a chilly 38F 18 mile ride, almost 100% powered by the battery, on a pretty much flat rail trial. Seemed to be running a bit slower on the 4 miles, but still ran at a good clip. Seemed to run scary fast when I started, but at the end I just kept it floored. Could be my experience, and or voltage sagging, probably both.

So I have recharged the battery, and checked the cell voltage. This time I left the charger on overnight, previously had left the charger running for only about hour after the higher current charging cycles ended. So between the longer charging cycle and having actually loaded and re-charging the battery, the voltages are now looking perfect. I also improved my measurement technique, measuring directly across the cells. The BMS is working fine.

Since I took the battery off the charger, and immediately made those measurements, seems that I should load the battery a bit and check the voltages to see how well each of the cells handle loading.
