Just a quick series of pics showing you can fit small toggle switches in the large screen CA.

Put them on the right, here there is the most room. Take all the nuts and washers off the switches so they can sit down flat on the back cover of the CA.
Use a half round file, or a drill bit to make a half circle cut out in the side. Keep going until the body of the switch sits flat on the back face of the CA.
Wire up the switches, and glue them in. I used hot glue.
Put a piece of tape over the switches, or on the board to ensure no contact.
Put it back together, your done!

I hooked up a 9w led light and a throttle over ride cut off.

It worked !

Just came accross this and I may try this out with my light too.
Which connections did you connect the light to? +5v and GND>?

no, its too much current, the 5v can only handle a tiny current, for signal use, or you will smoke the CA, I went off the battery voltage and ground wire from the cable. My lights are 24-60v input, 600 lumen $80NZ if you want one.
