Woah, I've never seen full size folders before. I'm quite taken with the little folders for some reason. I've had to fight the urge to buy one a few times now...

I bought a cable for my Shimano 3 speed hub (curse their special thread) from these guys via eBay http://www.adbikes.us/ No folders, but hit the gallery for some serious bike porn.
