? fried MCT6 Opto-Isolator on LVC board

My MCT6 Opto-isolator on my LVC board does not seem to be working. It doesn't seem to be pulling down my brake line. How can I tell if the MCT6 Opto-isolator is working or fried.

Do you have a multimeter with a diode test? If you put that across the LED in the opto, it should trigger it.

Unfortunately, I do not have a voltmeter with a diode tester. Is there any other way?
