Geared multi-speed hub motors?

As I'm researching component combinations for my first ebike build, I was curious if any geared-brushless hub motor exists that have different-speed based gears inside the hub motor itself. I prefer the no-drag and efficiency benefit of the geared motors like the BMC, but if they had a gearing mechanism inside that allowed 2,3 (or more) different speeds, that would be awesome! So, do they exist or am I just dreaming?

There's a BionX hub motor that incorporates a 3 speed gearbox, but it's only for use by the pedals...
