general motors will be supported through bankruptcy by the guvment currently it looks like about $87billion if you include how much the guvment will now have to cover the retirees health benefits who now use medicaid instead of the union boondoggle.

they have no concept of how to make a nice small car like the honda because the unions and management foght it and race bated it over the decades. jap cars, now chinese or mexican cars.

they screwed up the saturn, threw away the patents on rare earth metals magnets, and the cobasys fiasco in rechargeable large format nimh. what a shame it really is. and when they sell saturn that will trash their current CAFE numbers, so they will immediately be in violation, but the guvment owns 72% of nothing so how could they fine themselves? taxpayers will pay that fine too.

You can flame us, you can hate us, you can call us liars and cheaters. But we just keep getting better and one day when we start our own line production factory for each and every part, and I will be there to manage the quality, you'll love the new GM.

I spent a good part of my life working to build up the GM reputation and made every attempt as one of the "technical officer" in the forums to help their customers.

I feel responsible for any loss of tender for any individuals that took my advice. They may have experienced failures and now get no replies to emails now. I know its not my fault but I have to say I cant do it anymore. I CANT SAY THESE CONTROLLERS ARE SHIT AND BE A REP FOR GM ANYMORE.

I didnt ask for the technical badge and an official I was never given a single piece of information to help anyone. I got nothing for my time there, and I didnt expect it. But to help others maybe a bloody sample would of been courteous so I could help better.

ANYWAY. Getting better, it seems the same old GM to me.

The new warranty policy, Buy all GM products or "you will not receive warranty", is something I will not stand by. The fact this new warranty policy is in the forums and not on the sales site suggests to me " buy first and learn latter".

Endless threads of my controller wont work, and my battery is failing was getting me soooo depressed I need to take therapy. I feel too much for the customers and not enough for myself anymore. I cant turn and bite like a snake. Either I am for or against and dont change course half way.

Again I think I am helping but I make it worse. Like Brett White, I put my head on the block I expected it to get chopped off. Thanks for letting me down. Im gunna jump ship and go where the flowers bloom in the EV industry from now on.

I wish gm and its CUSTOMERS well in the future.

I've just started dealing with GM and I do love the Pie Wheel, the rest of the kit including the 15amp as in NOT 50amp as advertised controller for me would need replacing.

Things to change/correct for Golden Motor:

317537 has been the ONLY person to really help out on your forum, you NEED to have a presence there and help out people with problems. This is the window into your company that all your potential customers look through when making a decision to buy from you. China still has a bad reputation for quality control, your lack of forum interaction on your own forum speaks volumes.

Wheels: Make sure they are actually round and not oval.... quality control.

Get a dedicated person to answer emails within a week!

Throttle/speed controller: The shiny silver throttle looks like it .....well it looks cheap and tacky, just a plain black throttle would be nice.

Torque Arms: Need to have a MUCH better system as people will have the Pie spin out other wise.

CONTROLLER!: This is a big one for me as it just does not pull more than 15 amps no matter what you program the controller for.

The motor is amazingly good but the customer service is still terrible, I have been trying to order several more Magic Pie wheels wired for an external controller but sent without the GM controller.... I have yet to be able to make an order as no one gets back to me with a price/shipping? I thought you wanted to sell motors?

Not fair there are a few member there to take my grave. I think GM forums wont die because I left. It will GM fault if that happens. LOL

Sad because there are some good people invested more than just time on them.

I deleted my account (no ban) Smeee 317537 because I didn't want to be tempted into the war Yuan is trying to create over warranty.

Anyway I look forward for better things.
