He's more skilled and talented than me, but that production equipment was terrible. If he was building my battery I'd send him a real ratcheting crimper for free 
Also some soldering tip cleaner, brass wool, and flux. And adhesive lined 5:1 heat shrink. And real kapton tape...Kind of sad I produce better joints than him just because I have the expensive stuff.
