you need to post up a picture, don't follow his advice and charge through the negative leads because that will eliminate the BMS's ability to stop the charge. you need to connect the negative charging lead to the source leg of the charging FET.
All these Headway/Ecitypower/BMSBattery type BMS units seem to have them same connection. This was emailed to me when I asked the company how to hook it up. Different design but same connections as yours:
