Can anyone please tell me the best grease to use for clutch plate & composite planetary gears ? They're from a Bafang CST 500W motor that's going to be reassembled. The gears and clutch plate are similar to the V4 BMC clutch. The original grease in there was black and thought this might be graphite grease but it's expensive and tricky to pick up locally so wondered if an alternative like regular lithium grease is OK to use with those materials when reassembling the motor to give good protection and lubrication.
