GXP outboard bearing adapter to ISIS BB

want to build a 2011 Spec Enduro comp mid drive w/freewheel cranks

GXP outboard bearing.. looks like 40mm threads

how can I adapt a regular 34-35mm threaded BB ?

GXP had normal bb threads, as did the Enduro frame of that era. Where are you measuring 40mm threads?
