the problem with the controller throttle 5v output

Any other test results?

Is there anywhere else on your scooter that you can test the 5vdc controller power? PAS connection, or motor hell sensor connector as examples.
This would determine if it’s a voltage regulator whole system problem, or isolated to the throttle. Check at this new location with throttle connected and then disconnected. (Or visa-versa)

I solved the problem by use the light 5v output instead throttle 5v , and worked very good
