I have a qs205 motor and a sabvoton svmc72150 controller and I went to run the hall test today and after switching hall test switch nothing happens the wheel doesn’t even move.
I first unplugged the little 3 wire connector to going to the main display connector and then I also plugged in the Bluetooth dongle and my phone connectors to it and up on screen I get a message that says communication error which is correct.
So in the app after I connected I go to test and then the current to 10amps and put in test mode then I press save and then I press the switch to begin testing and nothing happens the motor doesn’t move or make and sounds literally just frozen. Also in the app my offset angle was preset to 242 I changed to 245 to try and still didn’t work.
Any help is appreciated Thankyou.
