I saw this at http://www.icelenergy.com 12lb pack stores 1KWhr of energy. Does anyone have any eaperience with this product?

A friend of mine is an investor who was approached by someone representing these batteries and asked me if I knew anything about them. Maybe I can get one to "determine the investment potential"...
 
Interesting. Sounds a lot like the logic behind the lithium nanowire batts.
 
This is a little late but I had a similar question and hurray for the search function.
I was at an alt energy meeting and the Icel guys had a neat display along with the IBEW.
I did some poking and found this page on a different site.

If you read the chart it looks like these just might be repackaged cordless power tool batteries? I don't know I don't know enough about batteries yet to know if those specs are good. I do notice that the nominal specs are much lower than the 1kWhr per 714 series battery.
