Has Anyone Tried to Print Large HTD 5M Pulleys?

I need a 90 tooth and think I'll try to print one up with a 130 mm "road" chain ring bolt pattern.

Whatdayathink?

I haven't done it personally but I've seen it done countless times, you just need to get the tooth profile and spacing correct so they all mesh nicely but can always try again if it's off.

Looks like I will not need to... 90 Tooth is too large to fit my configuration. Oops!
