Has anyone used the Bafang CRS.101.500.SN

It's their factory OEM 500w 20 amp controller (36/43/48 volt). Has anyone seen one in the wild, or used one to build a bike?

I'd really like to use an all OEM Bafang H400 rear hub solution. But all the kits I see have other controllers with a zillion wires.

This one is stated to be sine wave, sleek and small, and only has four wires. It integrates the BB torque sensor (also OEM Bafang) and will support their geared rear hub motor, and the C961 display.

If it has 5-6 hall wires and 3 phase wires at the end, you should be fine to drive most motors. 3 phase controllers are pretty interchangeable.

Of course you can't program the amps, which is a bummer.

I think you must mean four *cables*, each of which is going to have a number of wires in it.

Otherwise it wouldn't have enough wires to connect anything other than a battery and a brushed motor to it, and a potentiometer throttle (or switch). (common ground for everything, battery +V input, motor +V output, throttle signal/resistance input).

Yes, I meant cables. I get that there are more than one wire in a cable. Sorry for the confusion.
