Does anyone know what the resting full voltage of the headway 15 amp cells are?....I have been running the pack all summer without a BMS and decided to top balance the cells using a single cell charger. Most of the cells took around 3-4.5 amps to charge fully and when done almost all are at 3.33 volts except one which is at 3.2 volts...is this a defective unit or does it have less capacity then the others?

Thanks

John

I'm topping up a 72v pack of them right now.... resting voltage after a full charge 3.3xx Volts average...

Only way to know how bad the lowest voltage has become is to do a capacity test.. voltage profile on LiFePo4 are so flat a capacity test with a Watts Up meter or Cycle Analyst etc is the only way to go.

Ok so im on the money...they are all very very close...either 3.33 or 3.32 and thats after 2000 kms....the one at 3.2 is potentially a worry, will see i guess
