Heatsink plaster for thermistor install?

Want to install a thermistor in a generic hub motor, but not sure what to use to actually secure it in the motor. I have some STARS-922 Heatsink Plaster from attaching a heatsink to an IC, will this work?

Regular heat sink compound stays soft, so won't hold the thermistor in place. I'd recommend silicone glue.

This isn't thermal paste like that for a computer processor, it dries and hardens, and it requires force to remove a heatsink after it's mounted to an IC with this.

According to a cursory glance at google's results for a search of your item description, it *is* silicone glue.

I looked it up and yes, it is silicone glue, so it should work great.
