Hello,

I bought four dps2500 locally, not from Balint_HU, but similar price.

There is a potentiometer to adjust voltage from about 45V to about 54V.

I want to build chargers for my girlfriends scooter and mine, with 20s and 28s Lipo.

I managed to get two psus to 41.8V by soldering resistors (147kOhm) to the slider of the pot,
the other side is soldered to the positive output terminal to pull up the "regulating voltage circuit".
This should work the other way also; resistor between pot slider and negative output should pull down
the regulating circuit, resulting in a raised output voltage, I hope I will manage to get 57.5V output.

I am not finished yet, did't do a charge yet, but I think this will work as planned.

The third potentiometer with the soldered resistors is for voltage adjustment:

Information collected from the web by googling, not verified yet:
The left pot could be for fan control (mine are loud / full blowing now).
The most right pot could be for regulating input power (turn left to increase input power)
The third pot from the left could be for output current.

Hope this is helpful. Happy modding :)

I will write an update of how my charger project turned out. Wish me luck, thanks!

PS: The dps2500 seems old, most pictures of other modding projects disappeared.
