help building an awesome E-bike

Hi I have read on endless-sphere for a while now and finally have the funds to build an awesome ebike(i'm 16). I was hoping some of the more experienced people could help point me in the right direction.
BUDGET-$2500 USD
DESIRED SPEED- >35 MPH
TERRAIN- Florida _____
DISTANCE- >35 miles
So far I've been looking at the vector bikes and didn't know if it would really be worth it to build my own besides the fun:)
What i have so far
EVEL or raptor Frame

any help would be appreciated

None of your links work. You can build a bike that meets your requirements for well under $1000.

if this comes with everything shown in the 3rd picture it could be perfect(frame, fork, suspension)

another good option

Any opinions on using the fork and suspension from qulbix but using the cheaper evel frame http://www.qulbix.com/qulbix-products/frame-kits/item/19-140-frame-kit/78-qulbix-bicycle-frame-suspension-kit#.ViPz8MvD_qD http://evelbike.com/catalog/accessories/frameset/electric-enduro-bike-frameset/

Good idea to start with a good e bike frame, vs a cheap walmart bike.

Ping cells won't fit well in the frame though. Look at other chemistry batteries that take up less space per watt hour.

Lastly, consider legal issues. You are young, and though maybe not a hooligan, you will look like one to cops for sure. Sure you want to put all your money into an illegal vehicle? Check your local laws, 28 or even 30 mph might be legal. Most places in the USA 35 mph is a homemade, unlicensed motorcycle on the paved public roads.

Might be best in the end to just buy a legal motorcycle, and ride insured. But do as I say, not as I did. At 14 I had a motorcycle with no title, or license plate. I wasn't legal to ride it till 16. I just needed a way to get to work, and mostly rode the motorcycle on dirt roads through farms to avoid cops.

I would check out the Magic Pie 5 by Goldenmotor or a similar brushless hub motor. It retails for a little more than $400 without a battery. It will go to 30mph quite quickly, amazing torque. You can find a good bike on Craigslist everywhere for around $200. Battery packs can be found at various places in different voltage for around $300 and up. I think you could make a great bike with around $1500. My recent build is on an older Specialized FSR, with a Magic Pie 5. I paid around $900 for battery pack and motor, and $500 for bike. Start with a good solid, comfortable bike.

Disclaimer : I only have experience with two ebike motors, Magic Pie 5, and Heinzman 500w (EVG E-Bike); and I distribute for Golden Motors; however, I am only suggesting the Magic Pie based on my experience, which led me to becoming a distributor and e-bike enthusiast.
