Help Yescom / Battery Problem

Yes. I think you're right. It does read from the prongs though. The one that you squared that is damaged still seems to work, but the female receiver from the yes com kit I think is the problem. Where the battery positive was connected incorrectly to the female negative yescom adapter looks pretty bad inside.

Guess I was a little to eager to get this working! Should have read a bit more 1st.

Come on, this isn't rocket science. It's just 2 wires, one positive and one negative. Personally, I replaced all the connectors with better ones, 10awg wire and added a precharge resistor and better fuse, but what they sent you will work. I used it for a few weeks. Here's how to hook it up.

Got it working. Thanks for all the help. I was able to find an old pc plug that I cut one end off and wired to the controller. Seems to work fine, it say 125v 10amp on it compared to the yes com kit that said 250 v. Hope that is okay.
