Hey guys is there any hub motor out there that can can handle 300-400amps on 100volts continuous or at least one hour without heating problems within the the dropout range of 200mm,i'm considering going a 70mile of range journey on a highway with a speed of 75-85mph continuous without any problem ,i've seen some hub motor from some chinese manufacturers capable of 8kw -10kw not sure how they will perform,so any help will be appreciated ?

You don't need anywhere near that power. I broke 100mph with about 20kw with no real aero treatments. What you need is to really address aero, which can dramatically reduce the amount of batteries you'll have to carry. Let's say my HubMonster takes 15kw for 80mph on my bike. I don't know the actual because I can't see the CA while in a tuck, and at those speeds I'm more interested in focusing on the road instead of a gadget. Even with what I'd consider an unacceptable DOD of 87.5% unless it's just a one time shot, I'd need a 15kwh battery, if you're lucky 250lbs of battery. Compare that to the current electrathon 1 hour record holder, which is 62 miles on 1kwh of batteries. Their vehicle may need 2kwh to average 80, but compared to 15kwh it demonstrates the importance of aerodynamics.

BTW, forget those tinpot type hubbies you're looking at. They're rpm limited due to very high pole counts and cheap stator steel. Even our much more efficient HubMonster motor, which has no problem with speed, needs cooling mods to handle the speed you're looking for on a continuous run.

I would insist on signing off on your plan before agreeing to sell you a motor, because on the surface your original post sound like you're setting yourself up for a fail without a lot more info. Done right it sound like a hell of a project though.

400 A at 100V continous is 40kw , as far I know only 2 motor can get close to this rating

the Dual Enertrac liquid cooled
http://www.enertrac.net/

and the Emrax , liquid cooled

in both case you are talking of a 4000$+ motor but this still a very good price for motor of such power

Emrax is used by OSU Electric Motorcycle Team and did very well on the last TTXGP with average speed of 90.403 mph

the Dual Enertrac is used by Catavolt Australian Team

what type of controller you thik to use ?
