HMP Lightning (Yuyuan MKK)

Did they tell you how the cruise control is supposed to work? There's usually some kind of sequence you need to do to engage or disengage.
They just said, "hold the throttle and it'll turn on". So...yeah, not much info there.

In the case of your cruise control I would replace the controller.
I think I'll just live with it for a little while. Scooter comes with a decent warranty that they've been really good about honoring, so I don't want to throw a wrench in that. Plus, the display is 100% custom -- going to an aftermarket controller would mean replacing pretty much all the controls and display, along with basically the entire handlebar section. It'd be a boat load of work. I think the better route, for now, is to just live with it and poke the company about potential controller updates.

Yeah, but it's one of those "nominal labeled" chargers, so perhaps not much help:

The output voltage, though, it something like 81.2v when I stick a multimeter on the prongs which is pretty much on point for a 22s LIFEPO4.

Thanks for the photo. I built a 22S2P 30Ah LFP pack for my moped (same form factor as your HMP). I am using a variable voltage CC/CV 3A power supply which is very slow. Your Sans 6A charger would charge twice as fast. I could use one if available and reasonable in price. I sent an email to business@sans-us.com to inquire.

If not too much trouble, can you ask your contact at Area 13 if a replacement charger is available and how much? Thanks!

Added a camera system today, Innovv K6. Been using one on my bike for a while now and really love the set-it-and-forget-it style. It's also pretty dang discrete, and doesn't come with a ton of components to mount and fiddle with. Main camera is the CPU/tfcard, there's a power tap, and finally the rear camera. That's...kind it.

I replaced the bolt in the rear set upright with a longer M8-1.25x40 and secured the rear camera with some of the include mounting options and a nylock nut.

For the front, I attached it under the mirror using the mirror to "bolt" it on. Run the wires into the body of the bike very easily and it looks pretty slick.

I tapped the internal 12v step down for power, cutting into the black and pink wires on the wire set that goes to the 12v box.
